Hello everyone.

I was doing a consulting job today and I came accross an
eror I have not seen before. At this office I was working
at they were 6 Blueberry iMacs with Epson 740i Printers,
and one iMac DV with an Epson 900 Printer. All of these
Macs were running 9.1, and have at least 256MB of ram.

The problem is that about 75% of the time when they go to
print something in Word or Excel the application crashes
with a type 2 Error. I did these things, throw out
preferences, install updated Epson Printer drivers, run
TechTool, Diskwarrior, increase memory to Office 98 apps.
They did not have the Office 98 CD on hand for a
reinstall.

I wanted to do a clean install of the OS on some of the
machines, but that was not an option according to the
Office Manager. Has anyone seen this bug before? I did
notice that Virus was installed on all the computers. I
personally hate Virus programs they always seem to screw
up Macs.

I couldn't finish up with the time that I had. But I would
like some options to fall back on. Because I know I will
get a call back to finish.

Any Help would be appreicated.

Aaron W.
