If an AppleTalk printer, itself, is supported, just not the interface, 
you could use a Dayna EtherPrint or similar device. I've seen quite a 
few showing up in computer recycle shops for reasonable prices. One of 
these should be a lot simpler that running a 2nd computer as a print 
server. If buying online, know that an AUI transceiver is likely 
required for most of the EtherPrint models.
