uhm, first, i'm philip stortz, or "madscientist", or "mad scientist at
large", but your selective attribution is no doubt deliberate.
second, you asked at least 3 questions, and i provided logical,
reasonable answers to all 3. the answers are quoted here:

run the

third, i do very little in the way of "knee-jerk" reactions, and i've
certainly been critical of apple before (sometimes very critical).
oddly enough, your first post requested more apple evangelicalism and
less posting about problems. you see, i do remember and learn from
history, and i now a phony most of the time as well (any one can get
scammed, it's a matter of how often, frequently, and badly). i've
cultivated a good BS detector, and i don't mean bachelor of science.
fourth, you've just basically admitted to having something like direct
access to gates and jobs, or grossly exaggerated your impact. in the
first case, you've identified yourself as a shill, in the second as a fool.
i too call them as i see them, and you've been seen lessthanswift. but
then again, what can you call someone who can't count to 3? i guess for
some any number over 2 is infinity, but they don't know that term and
call it 2.......
any further bickering should be off list, per proper and reasonable
etiquette. i don't like to throw stones, but sometimes it's called for.

"For six years, John O'Neill was the FBI's leading expert on Al Qaeda.
He warned of it's threat to the U.S. But to the people at FBI
headquarters, O'Neill was too much of a maverick, and they stopped
listening to him. He left the FBI in the summer of 2001 and took a new
job as head of security at the World Trade Center."
<http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/pages/frontline/shows/knew/>. Why did 911
happen? Politics, in the broad sense and at the FBI, that's what makes
it a tragedy in the truest sense. O'Neil's body was found in the
stairwell of what had been the south tower.
