To continue with my opinion.....
As an advance user from Windoze world (I started on a Mac, and have
come home), I was showing a friend of mine, I now use my PC's only for
client work, on an established base. I try to sell Mac whenever I can.
My Beige running Jaguar has yet to burp, since installing Jag. And
everything I did on the PC, EVERYTHING, I can do on my Mac. I have
given up nothing, in fact I have gained stability.
And the deeper I look into Jag, the more great features I see in it.
If you believe PC's give value, enjoy them.
I hardly equate a Mac without Multi-session COMMERCIAL software to a
whole car without a wheel. THAT is some real stretching. Maybe more
like selling a Toyota without a box of Twinkies insode!
Which commercial programs does Windows come with? I did not get any.
Now, I also would not use XP as my only CD burning software. I use Nero
on the PC for burning CDs or VCD's.
JMHO,
John
