Hi all,
I am a newbie on this list. I have had the pleasure of the Mac since 1992
when I purchased a LC II! 4/40MB with 60 mhz....can you believe they
actually worked?!
Anyhoo....
With my G3, I have 128/6GB 350mhz. Cable Internet. Scanner. Great photo
printer (HP) and a epson photo scanner. Even though this is an older
machine, the graphics and photo possiblities are endless. Does anyone have
any "upgrade" suggestions. Would OS X be a good thing or would it slow my
computer down to a crawl? I have OS 9.2.2 right now and it's fine. I have
all the cute "tweeks" and "snurps" (my words) for the computer: Adobe
Photoshop 6, Illustrator 10 abd 9, photodeluxe, page maker, MS office 2001,
etc (thx LimeWire!). Any "geek" suggestions wanted ("Geek" is the Greek word
for brilliant)
