Please remember that fonts are apps. Just like apps they get corrupted over
time because of conflicts, etc., and need to be re-installed.
And the only fonts in your system folder should be the system fonts.
A font management app like ATM Deluxe, Suitcase or others should be used, if
you have many fonts. Most font management programs will alert you to
corrupted fonts and can fix most of the problems.
