The Untimaterez won't work with OS X, you're pretty much limited to ATi cards as possible replacements too. All the Rage 128 or better cards (orion, Nexus, etc) work well, you can get them quite cheaply on ebay. Alternatively there is the Radeon 7000, which sells for around $US100 new, and are very good cards, and much faster than the Ultimaterez.
