While I think that Mark's quote referred to the "real" power4 with the dual
core rather than the new desktop power4 derivative (gPul?) that will surely
find its way into a mac box, I think fwiw that someone should be able to
express dissappointment about apple without a bunch of smarta$$es jumping
his/her butt.  I think his yearning for a processor that can compete with
intel/amd is pretty understandable.  Have you looked at the specs on a
highend pc lately?  Its depressing.    kj.
