SMTP is the mail server used to send mail, as distinct from the one you
connect to receive mail. They can be on different ISPs. Most likely you
will be sending via your ISP, so look at their technical support page for
"server settings".

It also apparently wants your address, for receiving mail(and putting in
the "From:" line). The part after the @ is (more or less) the name of your
mail receiving server.
