In preferences>E-mail>general there's a blank to put the SMTP host. 
 With AOhelL, I have no idea what it would be, but with any normal ISP 
it's typically SMTP.<isp name>.com.  For example, mine is SMTP.eoni.com. 
Your ISP should be able to provide it,or it *should* be in your e-mail 
client's preferences. (It's the address used for outgoing mail. Simple 
Mail Transfer Protocol.)
