My best advice is don't. For one thing it is true that it won't work in 
a Beige G3, and for another I tried, failed and luckily managed to get 
my vendor to RMA it so I got off scot-free. If you get a Rage 128 it'll 
be a big improvement. If you want to go any better than that it's a 
Radeon (7000) PCI Mac Edn. or nothing.
