NEED HELP!!!! I have a PowerMac G3 Tower running Jag. and gobs of RAM with
an ATI Radeon PCI card. I have performed the update for ATI Oct.
I get intermittent S-video out to my TV. Needless to say that I only use
this machine as my online Music player and Jukebox with iChat going full
force.

Essentially I have the S-video to composite cable connected to my Onkyo
receiver (vid-2) then out to my TV (composite in). I boot and no screen
flash, no nothing for ever. At one point in time I swapped out for another
Radeon that I had and knew was good and then was able to get video again
after connecting it directly to the TV. So I then reattached the Composite
video cable to the stereo and out to the TV with success. It still took a
couple of minutes to get the video to come on. So needless to say last
night I turn on the TV and the stereo, switch to Video 2 and boot up the Mac
and no video., so I wait, then I wait some more, then I start pushing
buttons and swapping cables and no video. HELP!!!!!! Damn thing.

So I am not sure if anyone has come across this strange occurrence, but I am
at wits end.

Thanks
Matthew Elliott.

P.S. OH yeah, I have swapped cables and looked for bent pins and so on.
