What you see is Open Firmware. I remember this rule, because I tried
typing something similar on an iMac to boot from the tray-loading CD-RW
which I installed which was soldered as a slave. Unfortunately it didn't
work.
But back to you, it looks like it's trying to boot from an ATA device at
ATA 4, ID=0. But that can't be right, because you either have ATA 0 and
1, or ATA 0 and 2.
What you could do is booting into Open Firmware by holding the following
keys: Command-Option-O-F. Than you'll see a white screen with a prompt.
Type: reset nvram [enter]
type: mac-boot [enter]
Now you have resetted the nvram and it should continue to boot normally.
Also have you zapped the PRAM also?
