All large-density chips are 4K (NOT 4 MHz) refresh, and 4K doesn't cause any problems on these machines. Occasionally, a mixture of low-density (2K) and 4K sticks will cause a problem, but these problems are, fortunately, quite rate. FWIW, the 2K/4K specification refers to how many columns have to be refreshed per 16 millisecond time period.
