Is that a B&W G3?  I'm using a Yamaha 20X10X40 CD burner.  I got it from a
PC store and it was only $80 CDN.  The CD that came with it actually had
some Mac software (NERO stuff) but I'm only using Toast with mine and it
works great.  It also works great with iTunes and the built-in burning
software with OS X.  It boots fine with OS 9 and up (haven't tried it with
OS 8).

Check out www.xlr8yourmac.com for compatibility with other burners.  That's
how I came to my decision.
