That's a very unusual and strange situation, I believe the computer you see 
in the network might be the same computer that you're working on because it 
seems Jaguar left traces in the ROM or disk, that could be the reason, 
something really remote but possible.  Resetting CUDA should solve this or 
look ahead for some other solution.

If you use a formatting program like FWB Hard Disk Toolkit you are able to 
see each and every partition your drive has, since you just initialized the 
drive (maybe you selected the disk on the desktop and did a quick initialize) 
you selected the mounted volume very likely and if for some reason the disk 
has a partition which still has some traces of Jaguar that is unmounted (to 
me this is the ONLY logical explanation) this can happen.  If you don't have 
FWB use Drive Setup and select the whole drive rather than the volume, can't 
miss that in Drive Setup.  And do a low level format (if a quick format 
delivers no solution).

If this doesn't help I am stumped, help anyone?
