No not likely. Usually orginal 233 and 266 go 300mhz but not faster than
that unless becoming very unstable or simply wont even boot.
Originaly 300 machines will boot as 333 but may start to lock up (expecially
with os 9,2xx or X) due to heat.

My 5$ worth is:
So don�t bother with more than 300mhz on CPU and don�t change the system
bus. 

Fill it with RAM. That really makes a differece and is cheep! If that is not
fast enough get a ZIF upgrade.
