Where would you install a second fan on my B&W with a fast G4 ?

I installed the V2 heatsink  with an axial fan placed on top , blowing 
air in the out (up) direction.  Am I doing anything useful with this ?
   A Radio Shack temp probe  located  directly on the heat sink  
indicates 40C (peak)
  You can contact me off list if trade "secrets" are involved
