I don't have a lacie but a Lite-on and it could be one piece but I was puzzled at first by it's front plate being removable. There should be the very front cover and then a smaller looking cover which is attached to the tray and is the same size as tray. There is a black type molding separating the two. When you look underneath, see if you can take a very thin small screwdriver and pry it apart just slightly in the middle and you separate it from it's tabs which roughly divides into thirds. You don't have to use any force that would break anything. Just see if will separate a little. Once the tabs are separated, you pull upwards on the front cover as it slides on groves on the side. ________+________+________ + = tabs ===== __________________________________________ alternate e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sig: Specs: Beige G3 DT/466mhz, OS 9.2.2 & 10.2 __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
