I don't know if this is still a problem, but with the 10.1 installer, it wouldn't work with two cards in place that use the same drivers. Pull one or the other of your ATI cards out and try the install. The one you keep should be in the 66 MHz slot.
If you're really committed to having them both, put the second one back in after the install. Just curious, but why do you need them both? Are you using 3 monitors? As to whether the 128 is supported, yes, they are and work just fine. That was the stock card in the B&W.
