I have another G3/300 that is crashing during boot. This unit was getting a new hard drive.
This unit comes up and gives the happy mac and just before extensions show it crashes with a bus error (OS9) When I try to load OSX it starts to load (gray apple screen) but puts 2 white bands across the screen and freezes. When I am trying to boot in the examples above it is from CD. Pulling the drives does not help and changing the memory does not help. ROM card is seated well.
