Hello, I am sure this a question that gets asked on a semi-regular basis. I
will go a delve into the archives ASAP, but in the meantime:

Does anyone know how to *create* an automated ISP login script for OS X?

I have found a Tech Note which tells you how to create a Terminal Scripts
folder and to copy login scripts into it, but it does not mention *how* to
create said scripts.

I am getting the sinking feeling that I actually have to get down and dirty
with the UNIX/web scripting rather than relying on a 'simple' old-style
AppleScript or RemoteAccess script.

PS I am running OS X 10.2.3 with all updates relevant to my machine (in the
Software Update) applied.

All I need the script to do is recognise...

Login:
Password:
>
at which point it has to send 'ppp default'

Thanks, Eric.
