I am in the process of setting up my G3/450 B&W with Jaguar and Os
9.2.2 for booting into OS9 which I still will use a lot. Everything
seems to be in good shape except the Startup Disk in OS9. When I want
to go back to X, it will not open. It appears on the toolbar and shows
File & Help menus but the computer hangs at that point. The window
never opens and I have to Force Quit or restart. I then must restart
and force the system into Jaquar by pressing DOCS (delete, option,
command & shift) which works and all is OK until I reboot in OS 9.

I have replaced the Startup Disk Control Panel and trashed the
preferences for Startup. What else can I do. I hate to go back thru the
reinstall process.
