There is another option that you might consider, Freeway. I hadn't heard of it until I was looking for a cheap way to layout a web-page without having to resort. If you can run a page layout program (or Word for that matter) you might want to check it out. I used it until a project that required me to use DreamWeaver. I still like Freeway for most things. I'm in the middle of evaluating upgrading to MX or moving to Freeway. BTW, I'm an engineer not a designer so I needed something for the artistically challenged.
