If you want to get fancier, use BBEdit Lite, better Search&Replace.

For a slightly more gui approach try Netscape communicator's Composer, 
but beware the way it makes links...if you're not careful it puts in 
file:/// links where you mean http:// ones.

If you're using OS X there's a nice little app called Taco HTML Edit.

All of the above are free.

Word makes horrible HTML, and Dreamweaver is a howitzer being used for 
mosquito control in your case, besides being horribly expensive.
