1.1 only, unless the card has specific drivers for the Mac for 2.0. Orange Micro and Sonnet (on the Tempo Trio card, which has issues with some G3's so I'd avoid that ) both sell USB 2.0 cards for the Mac. I don't think anyone sells ones with OS 9 drivers. OSX 10.2, despite many people's insistance, does NOT support USB 2.
