Vaughn, In the last week I upgraded to the same card in a Beige G3. I had problems also but they all went away when I discovered I had a bad DVD drive and I performed a reinstall of MacOS 10.2. I know reinstalls are a pain but it worked and now my machine has been solid as a rock for 3 days now. I worried about all sorts of things but in your case I would check your memory. You didn't give any specs about your machine so I don't really know much more to recommend. Do have many non Apple Branded components?
