Greetings all,
Not to long ago either this list or another covered this but for the life of
me I can't recall what the solution was.

I have a G3MT 768 MB Ram running OS 9.2. which has all of a sudden decided
to freeze when I choose empty trash. Freezes seem more common when trying
to empty large files.. Emptying aliases are no problem.

I dumped the finder prefs, zapped the pram etc. but no change.
Also, I had freezes when I tried to rebuild the desktop. My HD is
partitioned into 3 and the freezes only occurred when the attempt was made
to rebuild the 2nd partition.

Any ideas on what I should do?
Would reinstalling the software (OS 9.2) help?
Thanks,
Kim
