Is adding a longer IDE cable the answer? Isn't there a limit on the length the IDE cable can be?

Thanks!

Is it possible to add a 3rd ATA Hard Drive in a Quicksilver

an additional ATA controller?

Has anyone mounted a HD in the ZIP drive bay (2nd bay).
This would eliminate cable length problems (I think)

Many thanks for any help,

Bill,

I did this last year and I do *not* recommend it. My QS case had
three ATA bays on the bottom and it is much cheaper to buy a longer
IDE cable than it is worth the pain on doing the mod I did to get
that to work right.
