Yes it is my point actually but people expect and complain along the lines of what I noted below. I agree with what you just said now, and I would say that the performance of OS X on systems that shipped with it as the only bootable OS is perfectly fine.

Odd I didnąt know OSX shipped with iMac 233's that is the point wasnąt
it? That systems should run zippy, or at least smoothly, with the OS they
were shipped with?
