On the web page http://mmd.foxtail.com/Sounds/, when I click on one of these links to listen to the music, it plays all right through the Mac's internal speaker, but when I go to the Sound control panel's Output box and choose my external speakers (which are listed there as "USB Audio"), it plays through the external speakers all distorted. Why should it make a difference whether I use the internal or external speakers?
