I could upgrade my Eudora Pro 3.0.1, or I could use Mail.

I need many mailboxes and sorting for all my different lists.

Functionalities I don't have that I'd like are:

1. Ability to not download attachments over a certain size and also
    delete them from the server.

2. Ability to not download any inline attachments - I'm starting to
get HTML mail advertisements with quite a number of gifs and it's
    all junk.

Eudora 3.0.1 lets you reject attachments over a certain size but
they're still on the server clogging up the mail space. I have to go
to Earthlink's webmail page to delete them. This is a lot of work
for attachments I didn't ask for and don't want.

<bit of rant>People send 5MB movies of their grandchildren or
cute animations they found on the web and it's just rude and
inconsiderate.</rant>

Another functionality would be to reject the attachment with
a note saying "I don't accept attachments on email" or some
such.

Any of this available with present-day software?

Many thanks in advance.
