A G3 MT can accommodate FIVE HDs: 1) the "penthouse" can accomoodate a 1" high HD, 2) the floppy bay can accommodate a 1.6" high or a 1" high HD, 3) the CD-ROM bay can accommodate a 1.6" high or a 1" high HD, 4) the Zip bay can accommodate a 1.6" high or a 1" high HD, and 5) the empty bay can accommodate a 1.6" high or a 1" high HD.
