Okay, I've never replaced any hardware inside a Mac, but I have a friend who said he'd install a larger hard drive for me, if I bought one. So, I believe my G4/350 AGP tower has a 10GB 5400-rpm Ultra ATA/33 hard disk in it right now...So, when I go to the computer store, do I have to get one with the same specs, that is, 5400 RPM and ATA/33? Or will a faster drive (7200 RPM, ATA/66, etc) be all right? Also, what's the difference between ATA, SATA, Ultra ATA and EIDE/ATA drives? I've seen all of these, but don't know which ones would work in my machine. Thanks for your help.
