I have had an experience personally with a dead Powerlogix, fortunately for me someone at powerlogix had (just at the time) purchased a processor from me on eBay. Mere luck on my part...but it was still a slow headache filled process. Obviously powerlogix and owc cannot do very well without one another. Ever since PowerLogix had begun resorting to their beautiful albeit anorexic model as opposed to their processors...things have been downhill for their QC department. This is obviously reflected in OWC's specials page and PowerLogix specials page, because both frequently have surface mount AGP processors with failed (aka NO) cache on board. Customers of mine have had nightmare stories about OWC bought powerlogix processors...and I mean international nightmare stories.
