I find your report about getting something different returned from OWC of interest. Next time I return anything to anyone I'm going to take some photos of it first along with the packaging and any > documentation.
When you do this, don't be afraid to include it as a packing list. Print out your information, serial number, and issue if any and include it in your packing when you send it. This way you both have a record of what was sent.
