I have a problem I'm hoping someone can help me with. I have a beige g3 dt that I've installed os x on. I have 2 80gb wd ide drives partitioned to 5 and 75gigs connected to the mobo ide bus.
My problem is that it seems to forget what drive to startup from, and I can't find ANY way to make it start back up. When I originally installed os x, it started up fine, but if I select any other disk, or reset the pram, etc, it can't go back. I've already re-installed os x once to get it back up, but now I have lots of stuff on it, and I can't do that. Has anyone had such an issue. I've started up from os x and os 9 disks to no avail. I couldn't even mount either of the disks in os 9. HELP?! Thanks, Paul -- G-List is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
