Hello,
I downloaded a couple of Batman pictures for my son and when I attempted
to open them I got a dialog box saying - Error: Corrupt JPEG data found
and the data found for image gargoyle.jpeg is incorrect.
What gives and how do I correct it?
TIA

Don't know what OS you have... If you have a version of photoshop, open the file that way then save it through photoshop. If you have OSX... drag the file onto the preview icon ( I put the alias in the dock ) or open it through that program.
It happened to me....I had sent a pile of jpegs to a friend and he kept on telling me they came up corrupted. Knowing I sent them and could view them, I looked into it and told him to open them up in photoshop and then save them
Thanks to ALL and Steve's trick worked!!
Photoshop works AS WELL AS DOES Graphic Converter. A shareware app I paid for and wouldn't be without!!!!
