This problem can be caused when the "last-mounted system" information 
contained in the Alternate Volume Header Block is incorrect or corrupt. 
This can be corrected by Norton and/or Disk Warrior. Since there is an 
Alternate Volume Header Block on each partition it is probably 
necessary to run the utility on all the partitions.
