Go to your Quick Time settings Control Panel and disable Autoplay. This will stop CDs playing immediately on insertion. It's also safer, as Autoplay has in the past (9805 Autostart) been used for the proliferation of worms.......

Okay people, don't laugh, but how do you control an audio CD in OS 9.2? I stuck in a CD and it started playing and now I can't stop it! I had downloaded Music Match Jukebox to see how this machine did ripping CDs and I can't get it to work while the CD is playing. This makes me feel really stupid!

Just a message from Doug...
