The critical copy, paste, cut are the same as windooze, except using the command key for the modifier. Command+C, command+V, command+X. There are a whole bunch, what I would recommend strongly is a copy of David Pogue's "Os X, The Missing Manual, 3rd ed." available direct from the publisher, on Amazon, at the Apple Store, etc.. Not only will you find it invaluable as a reference, it's an enjoyable read. Pogue is one of the best wrodsmiths around. Far different than a typical tech book.
