Yes.  I put the CD in #1 and it shows up on the desktop.

Did as instructed but results are not the same.  The CD does not show up
with the HD.  The only thing in the box is the #1 HD.  Something must be
wrong with my setup.  It looks like copying the contents of the #1 CD to the
#1 HD is my only option.  Thanks to everyone for the suggestions.  I do
appreciate you generous use of time to reply to my post.
