New to G4s

Just bought a used AGP G4 and am anxious to see what I can add to the 
machine and upgrade. Any thoughts of what should be done right off?  
The machine is 450mhz with 256meg and two HDs (20, and 130). That's all 
I know. I plan on putting Panther on it and increasing the ram. Should 
I be doing anything else?
