Check for an updated driver from the manufacturer.

Updated the drivers for OSX, still nothing.
This is what I am doing in OSX.
1. Open System Preferences
2. Open Network
3. In network "show" to Network configurations. The PCI card isn't there. I entered the letters PCI in the space. This must be wrong but I do Not know what is right Configure Using DHCP. There is no IP address showing. In search domain I entered frontiernet.net. Still no joy. Thing is I am using the same computer to contact you now. I'm just in OS9.2.

This isn't a netscape issue, networking isn't working at all on this system.

What does Apple System Profiler show for the slot that the card is plugged into?
