     The .21 and .24 mm are the dot pitch - the distance between pixels 
and smaller is better. .21 will give 120 pixels per inch and .24 will 
give 105 ppi - really poor dot pitch is .37 or so like the old Performa 
displays. 
     The 60/70hz quoted are the refresh rates and faster is better. 
Cheaper monitors are usually shadow mask and the more expensive models 
trinitron - shadow mask produces an image made from RGB dots whereas 
trinitron is vertical RGB lines.
