First number is refresh rate, usually with a resolution and colour depth attached. Anything less than 70 is bad for your eyes, the higher that number the better. The second number you've listed is...oh, wow.. Unused portion of my brain...dot pitch! Dot pitch. Implies the amount of space between each pixel on the screen.
