I know what you're talking about ;-), had a problem on my Wintendo rig a 
few weeks ago when I changed video cards, had to 'work' aka fiddle 
several hours @ 640x480 60Hz on my 21" Apple Studio Display :-O

Yes indeed 60Hz is fine for me on a TFT cq LCD.
