Tom,

Try emptying Safari's cache (Safari menu | Empty Cache). If that doesn't work, try completely removing flash from your computer with this tool:

<http://www.macromedia.com/support/flash/ts/documents/ playerfaq.htm#remove>

then reinstall from scratch.

Can anyone tell me if I am doing something wrong with Flash, or why it doesn't always work? I can't for the life of me get into the following website:

www.parkertrio.com

The flash intro won't play and when I click "skip intro", all I get is a white screen. I have installed the latest flash for both explorer and mozilla.

This site works perfectly on my windoze box.

Thanks for any help

Thanks,

Glenn
