I can tell you as a Business customer they treat as as bad. Right now due to their employee's major break of the agreement I had made I am without phone service, and me being a computer repair shop that is the worse thing that can happen. I have taken 2 years to get the business to even going and well now I am in the poop chute. Which means the add in the yellow pages is now useless and I am out of business. Thanks SBC, which I think means ScrewBusiness Customers.
