Refers to setting drive as master (ID 0) or slave (ID 1) by placing jumpers on the appropriate set of pins. Most drives have this info on the label or silkscreen. Another thing that may not have been mentioned: the 6360 can't run anything above OS 9.1 without hacks so I wouldn't copy your 9.2.x System Folder & then try to boot from it.
